Women In Tech Belfast have been holding Workshops and Lightning Talks events for many years now, with the aim of encouraging more women to give technical talks. Female speaker representation in tech events and meetups have increased as a result. We are keen to provide another event that will help female speakers practice their talks - in advance of upcoming 2024 tech events - OR just to give it a whirl anyway!
To celebrate International Women's Day 2024, we are holding the event on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 6pm in the PA Consulting Office in Centre House on Chichester Street, Belfast City Centre. The theme for this year's IWD is 'Inspire Inclusion' - so talks that have some connection to this theme would be particularly welcomed!

TechIreland publishes its annual Female Founder Funding Review on International Womenโs Day. The publication highlights funding trends, with insights from leading women entrepreneurs, investors and stakeholders. The report will be presented at a Breakfast Event sponsored by AWS.
The Female Founders & Funders Breakfast will bring female tech entrepreneurs and investors to meet, network and explore opportunities for 2024 and hear successful women entrepreneurs have built companies, raised early stage and growth rounds in 2023 - their experience, challenges and learnings from their journeys.
